Woke up with a bad problem... please help how to get it off

l woke up today and had the runs, and was scared to go down the steps to

Soak it in bleach or lysol and then wash it again with a mild

if it is glazed porcelain, just use a toilet cleanser and brush  
Wobo
then soap and water to get the cleaner smell off.
